If a payment is late
A fair warning before anything changes
A late invoice does not switch your software off for them. First comes a grace period in which everything keeps working, then restricted, then suspended, on the schedule you set. When they pay, it is active again at once. How and when you remind them is up to you.

Questions about your customers
Whose name is on the invoices?
Yours. Invoices are issued by you, in your own numbering series. When a reseller sells to a customer, the reseller invoices that customer.
Does Qaptu contact my customers?
No. Qaptu does not sell to them, does not collect from them and does not chase them. The website and portal carry your brand, with an optional, discreet "Powered by Qaptu".
How do my customers pay?
By card through your own Stripe account or your bank's Redsys virtual POS, either invoice by invoice or with a saved card charged automatically for each new invoice, or by SEPA Direct Debit with a mandate they sign online. The money goes straight to you; Qaptu never holds it.
